1. Is Home Nursing covered by insurance?
Insurance coverage may be available for eligible home nursing cases, depending on the patient’s condition, insurance provider and policy. Oxygen works with selected insurance providers, and our team can help check eligibility before care begins.
2. What conditions can your home nurses support?
Our nurses support a wide range of adult and pediatric cases, including patients requiring feeding or respiratory tubes, vital-sign monitoring, respiratory support, post-operative or post-ICU care, stroke and paralysis care, as well as ongoing support for patients with cancer, kidney conditions, Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s disease and limited mobility.
3. Are Oxygen nurses qualified and experienced?
Yes. Our nurses are qualified healthcare professionals with experience in home nursing and caring for different patient needs, including adults, elderly patients and children. We match the nurse according to the patient’s condition and required level of care.
4. Will the same nurse stay with the patient?
We aim to provide continuity of care by assigning a consistent nurse to the patient rather than changing caregivers frequently. This helps the nurse become familiar with the patient’s condition, routine and care needs.
5. Do I need to arrange the nurse’s visa or transportation?
No. Oxygen manages the nurse’s employment, company visa and transportation. Families can focus on the patient’s care without having to arrange these separately.
